Howard “Mac” McGaffney is the President of Florida Community Specialists. He’s a 14-year Veteran of the United States Navy with over 30 years of management experience, including District Management and Amenity/Facilities Management.
Melissa McGaffney is the Vice President of Florida Community Specialists. She has over 35 years of Management experience, including Cleaning/Janitorial Services, Administrative Services, and Youth Events.

Our work order system tracks all the critical and essential details of operations, and interacts with all the community vendors, ensuring all action items are prioritized, assigned, completed and summarized in monthly reports.
